Begin your spa day with Alphasphere deluxe; an extraordinary and unique sensory experience incorporating sound therapy, colour therapy, aromatherapy and vibration to promote deep relaxation and regenerate the body and mind. Continue to find you inner balance with relaxation time and mindful meditation in our hydrotherapy pool – alternating between hot and cold water can improve circulation and reduce muscle tension whilst taking a few moments to focus on your breath and be present in the moment can help to reduce anxiety and improve mental clarity.
Incorporate sensehacking techniques into your daily life with your own Scentered ‘De-stress’ aromatherapy balm, offering a convenient moment of calm whenever you need it.
Your Sensehacking Spa Day includes:
- Arrival & welcome at SenSpa at 9.15am
