Accommodation
Ground Floor
The large and comfortable living area has a cosy seating area set around the fireplace, perfect for winding down after a long day exploring. The dining area features a long oak table to seat 8, for your intimate dinners, summer lunches or family feasts. With large windows throughout and a door leading to the terrace garden, the room benefits from an abundance of natural light.
The Snug is the ideal refuge for those lazy afternoons when all you want to do is curl up with a favourite book and relax.
The Shaker style kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility/boot room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and stairs to first floor.
There is a spacious main bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and its own door leading you out to the garden.
First Floor
Upstairs on the first floor is the second main bedroom with zip and link beds forming a super king size bed (6ft) or two singles (3ft).
Bedroom 3 is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, shelving, a TV and views of the terrace garden.
The first floor family bathroom has two basins, a WC, bidet, bath and separate shower.
Outside
The Gardens
The cottage has two charming gardens. The large lawn area is a private and peaceful space surrounded by shrubs, mature trees, plants and has a seating area. The second is a south facing spacious terrace garden with a large paved area, a small summer-house, flower borders, comfortable seating and a barbecue.
Parking
Available for up to 4 cars in a private driveway outside the cottage.

Sleep in the 18th century manor house. These rooms are elegantly decorated with traditional character and homely touches.
