Dining at Le Blaireau
Le Blaireau will be closed throughout June.
Let the time slip away as you share a bottle of French wine and sample authentic French cuisine, but don’t forget dessert - Crème Brulee, Selection De Fromages or both?
Please note that all our restaurants will be closed to non-residents until further notice.
Breakfast – 7.30am to 10am (weekdays) & 8am to 11am (weekends)
Snacks – All day
Dinner – 5.30pm – 9.30pm each evening
The Zen Garden
Dinner – 6pm – 9.30pm (closed Wednesdays)
Lunch – available for spa day guests only
Please note: No children under the age of 12 at dinner. A smart/casual dress code is requested at dinner.

Socially distanced outdoor dining areas have been created and are available for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and dinner al fresco.
The restaurants are open with a reduced number of tables and offer outdoor dining spaces.
All staff wear face coverings and guests are required to do so at their own discretion.
Cash is accepted but credit/debit card details are preferred for contactless payments.
Our French bistro, Le Blaireau, offers a children’s menu and invites children of all ages to dine. There are age restrictions at our other restaurants. In Cambium, the minimum age is 8 years, whilst in The Zen Garden the minimum age is 12 years to dine.
Yes. The menus in our three onsite restaurants have a range of vegan and vegetarian options. If, however, you have food allergies or an intolerance, please inform our reservations or reception team upon booking so they can make the kitchen aware.
