Created in partnership with The Menopause Boutique, our ‘Moments for Me’ Menopause Spa Day is perfect for women seeking balance and rejuvenation, and completely tailored to address the unique challenges that the transformative phases of life that are the perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Begin your spa day with a deeply relaxing and gentle full body massage. Depending on how your body feels on the day and what your mind and spirit need, your ‘Moment for Me’ could be a time to Renew, Sleep, De-Stress or Relax, and you will be given the option of four essential oils for use in your massage to target these needs.
Then, immerse yourself in the therapeutic nature of our hydrotherapy pool, where a wholly sensory experience, shifting between hot and cold water, relieves tightness and tension in the body, fights anxiety and a foggy mind, and gives your spirit the rebalancing it needs to enjoy this new chapter of your life.
The Moments for Me Menopause Spa Day Includes:
- Arrival & welcome at SenSpa at 9.00am
- 2 course lunch at Zen Garden with a glass of wine or soft drink*
- 60 minute Moments for Me treatment
- Use of the SenSpa Hydrotherapy & Health Club Facilities
Experience will finish at 4.00pm.
