A Taste of the Coast: Lymington Seafood Festival Afternoon Tea – 4th – 19th July

To celebrate our partnership with the Lymington Seafood Festival and its 10th anniversary, Pastry Chef Ben has created a beautifully curated Afternoon Tea inspired by the flavours and spirit of the sea.

Available exclusively from 4th – 19th July, this limited-edition experience brings together elegant patisserie, delicate savoury bites, and classic afternoon tea favourites, thoughtfully reimagined with a coastal twist.

Guests can enjoy a selection of handcrafted sweet treats including clam shaped madeleines, chocolate sea shells, sea salt fudge, and white chocolate mousse lobster tails, alongside a delicate edible sea moss. Freshly baked plain and fruit scones are served warm with clotted cream and jam, offering the comforting essence of a traditional afternoon tea.

The savoury selection includes smoked salmon with horseradish on sourdough, cream cheese and cucumber on tomato bread, classic egg mayonnaise on white bread, and a prawn Marie Rose vol-au-vent.

A celebration of summer by the coast and the Lymington Seafood Festival’s 10th anniversary, this exclusive Afternoon Tea brings the spirit of the festival to the table through a thoughtful selection of sweet and savoury coastal-inspired treats.
