SenSpa is home to over 22,000 square feet of spa facilities with some of the most extensive facilities in the UK. Hotel residents can upgrade to use the spa from £39pp. Spa Day packages are available for non-residents.

Hydrotherapy Pool

Recline on the underwater benches and feel the gentle massaging bubble jets of the hydrotherapy pool. Strategically placed water jets at differing heights help to relax muscles, ease tension, increase circulation and improve joint mobility.

18 Treatment Rooms

Lie back, relax and be pampered with a wide selection of therapies in one of our tranquil treatment rooms. Includes two double treatment rooms for friends and couples to enjoy a massage, facial or body treatment together.

Thermal Rooms

SenSpa is home to four unique thermal rooms - the Crystal Steam Room, energised by a large crystal of bohemian amethyst; Herbal Sauna to cleanse, revitalise and detoxify the skin; Laconicum, with heated floors for a gentle thermal experience and the Tepidarium with heated mosaic loungers.

Thai Temple Studio

Classes designed to relax and inspire, from Yoga and Pilates to Circuit Training, Body Balance and Meditation. (Currently available for members only).

Sit back in comfortable recliners and enjoy complete peace and quiet transporting you to a world of pure tranquillity.

Experience Showers & Ice Room

From warm tropical rainfall to a refreshing and invigorating cold sea storm, immerse yourself in the hypnotic and invigorating scents of three different experience showers. Then soothe the skin and cool down with crushed ice, drench yourself with cold water.­ Following heat with cold helps the detox process removing impurities from your system.

Rhassoul

A mosaic private steam chamber suitable for two. Apply the detoxifying Rhassoul mud, known to improve skin texture, softness and elasticity, all over your body, face and hair. Sit back and relax. (An extra charge applies for this service).

Alphasphere Deluxe

Sound, colour, light, vibration and smell combine together to create the ultimate sensory space for a whole body and mind experience. You will immediately feel physically and mentally relaxed and recharged. (An extra charge applies for this service).

For energising workouts or relaxing poolside with a good book, SenSpa is an adult only spa with leisure facilities offered complimentary to hotel residents and spa day guests.

Swimming Pool

Take a revitalising swim in the 14m UV swimming pool overlooking the tranquil Zen Garden, great for working up an appetite before lunch, or relax on poolside reclining loungers with a good book.

Sauna & Steam Room

The dry heat of the poolside sauna helps to improve blood circulation and lessen pain and stiffness, whilst the steam room helps to improve skin health and respiratory problems.

Jacuzzi

Relax in the warmth of the jacuzzi and let the massaging bubble jets reduce stress and ease all tension.

Fitness Suite

The Gymnasium offers a range of interactive fitness equipment for energising workouts. Our team of personal trainers are on hand to help you on your journey to health and wellness.
