Annie Winter is a BANT and CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist specialising in weight loss, behaviour change, and gut health. She offers a variety of interactive wellness workshops for corporates covering topics such as healthy eating, stress management, immune health, women’s health, and eating for longevity.
What is nutritional therapy and what do your corporate wellness workshops involve?
I’ve always had an interest in how food and lifestyle can impact our wellbeing, but my journey into nutrition was sparked by a personal experience with family health. Seeing how profound nutrition and lifestyle changes could be, I knew I wanted to help others tap into that power too.
Each one-hour session includes a 45-minute interactive workshop and a 15-minute Q&A where I love to debunk common nutrition and lifestyle myths! When I lead sessions, I love creating a space where people feel empowered, learn something new, and leave with tools they can immediately put into practice. Seeing clients make shifts that genuinely improve their quality of life is incredibly rewarding.
