Of course, as the name suggest you will be able to sample some of the region’s delicious British seafood alongside a tipple or two from local gin producer Pothecary Gin as well as award-winning English Sparkling Wine from Hattingley Valley. Additionally, you will get to enjoy a great line-up of live entertainment with acts such as Britain’s Got Talent Andrew Bourn and Royal T’s acoustic group.

The New Forest and Hampshire County Show – 26th – 28th July

The New Forest and Hampshire County Show eagerly returns after a two-year hiatus with its centenary year! Starting life as a small one-day event the show was put together with the purpose of bringing local people together following the trauma of the first world war and raising money for injured service men. Since then, the show has moved venues several times and made it’ final move to New Park, Brockenhurst in 1955.

Not only a firm favourite for all the family the show has been visited by many members of the Royal Family including Her Majesty The Queen and HRH Prince Phillip as part of her Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2012. Remaining an agricultural show, the three-day event also boasts displays, a local produce market, food stalls and local creatives.

Cowes Week – 30th July – 5th August

Staging up to 40 races each day for leisure sailors up to Olympic professionals and featuring around 750 boats Cowes Week is the largest sailing regatta of its kind in the world.  The regatta dates back to 1826 and is just as popular with spectators. Races can be viewed from shore or by taking a trip on a spectator boat or by enjoying a blast on a rib boat. It is also a fantastic opportunity to wander around Cowes and explore the Isle of Wight
