Roasted tomato and pepper soup with basil oil

Salade de crottin  (v, gf optional)
Baked crottin goats cheese salad with walnuts, French dressing and pomegranate molasses

Vols-au-vent aux champignons (v, nf)
Creamy mushroom ragu in puff pastry, salad with French dressing and balsamic glaze

Rilletes de maquereau (GF optional, nf)
Smoked mackerel rillete, salad leaves, toasted baguette
