When planning your wedding day, you will need to take into consideration travelling time from the Church to the Hotel (if applicable), incorporating a drinks reception, group photographs at the hotel, and a receiving line to greet your guests before the Wedding Breakfast.

We would advise holding your Wedding Breakfast no later than 3.30pm to ensure that you allow sufficient time for your evening reception. We recommend that you discuss your timings with our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator, who has years of experience and is more than happy to offer advice regarding the planning and schedule of your day.

The Registrar’s fee is payable direct to the registry office.

We can’t accommodate groups at the spa at this time. Our Wedding and Functions Coordinator would be happy to discuss alternative options in detail with you.

Yes. We can accommodate children on your wedding day, with a children’s menu, highchairs, and garden games available to keep them occupied. If accommodation with children is required, we can arrange interconnecting rooms, extra beds, or cots – these will need to be booked in advanced to guarantee availability. Please discuss your specific requirements with our Reservations Team or our Wedding Coordinator.

Please note, children under the age of 16 years cannot use the spa, SenSpa or our hotel leisure facilities.

Yes. Vegan, vegetarian options are available as well catering for those with food intolerances and allergies. Please speak to our dedicated Wedding Coordinator about your requirements.

It’s important to weigh up whether you need wedding insurance dependent on the financial commitment, the type of day you have planned and how easy it would be to rearrange. Due to Covid-19, most insurers have stopped selling new policies. If you already have wedding insurance your policy will continue to be valid. We know that these are uncertain times and we will aim to be as flexible as possible. We will work with you to create a payment schedule that suits both parties. Should you need to cancel your wedding due to Covid-19, we can simply move you wedding to another date so long as we have at least 48 notice.

We can accommodate up to 100 guests for your wedding ceremony and up to 150 for your evening reception. Your ceremony and reception can be held in different rooms for a seamless transition for you and your guests. Unlike some other venues, there’s no waiting around for a room to prepped for the next part of your day.

Our Four Poster Manor Suite is the ideal Bridal Suite; located in the 18^th century part of the house, it embraces the traditional character of a manor house, elegantly decorated with calm tones and mirrors that bring light and the forest indoors. The four-poster bed adds a touch of grandeur, taking centre stage, whilst the bay window floods the suite with natural light.

Yes, we understand the importance of making your wedding day as personal as possible. Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa is one of a few Hampshire hotels licensed for outdoor weddings, allowing you the option to get married in the fresh forest air. We invite you into our Cedar Garden; a romantic English walled garden with a handmade oak pavilion specially made for an  outdoor wedding ceremony with up to 100 guests.

Francoise has over 16 years of experience and has coordinated over 1000 weddings; her knowledge and expertise will be yours, and with the help of her team, they will ensure every detail is seen to for a seamless day you will never forget.
