Terms & Conditions: Available until the end of September 2026 on stay dates between 1st April 2026 and 30th September 2026, Sunday – Thursday only. Prices are based on two people sharing a Cosy Knightwood Garden Room (single supplements apply).
A deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay will be taken at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is fully refundable until 7 days prior to the booked arrival date. Changes following this time, and up until 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be held on your account for 365 days to allow you to rebook your stay for a later date. Changes within 48 hours of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited as a cancelation charge.
Offer valid on new bookings only and cannot be combined with other promotions. Not applicable to group bookings.
Rates include access to the Health Club facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi), available from 3:00pm check-in to 11:00am check-out.
SenSpa facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, thermal rooms, experience showers, an ice room and relaxation rooms. Hydrotherapy facilities and treatments are available at an additional cost. A two-hour SenSpa hydrotherapy pass (£39 per person) must be pre-booked and is valid between check-in and check-out.
All spa and health club facilities are for guests aged 16 and over.
In support of our charity partner Hospitality Action, a £1 donation will be added to your room bill on departure. If you’d prefer not to donate, simply request its removal at reception.
