Set in the heart of the New Forest and easily accessible by car (2h30m from London) or train (1h50m from London Waterloo), the Clear Head Club spa break is designed for those seeking connection, calm and quality time away – without the dreaded morning after hangxiety.
The experience includes soothing spa treatments, access to the peaceful, child-free spa facilities, dining at one of four exceptional eateries, and a health-enhancing smoothie delivering all the flavour, with none of ‘the fear’.
Slow down and escape the fast pace of city life by participating in the ancient Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, giving you a chance to reconnect with nature and mindfully re-engage all your senses on a walk through the New Forest National Park – all whilst getting your steps in.
For an extra treat, choose to add on a decadent bottomless afternoon tea or a wellness journal to set intentions and spark ideas for your next mindful escape.

Your 2 Night Clear Head Club Spa Break Includes:
- Your choice of room for your 2 night stay
- Full English and continental breakfast each morning including tasty options like waffles, fresh fruit, ginger wellness shots and pastries each morning
- Use of our Health Club facilities throughout your stay (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym. Available from midday on arrival day until 1pm on departure day)
- Dinner at one of our 4 on site restaurants each evening- £35 per person per day allowance
- Use of our relaxing hotel spaces, including our comfy lounge, bar area and relaxing gardens
- A spa day on one day including a health-enhancing smoothie to start the day, a 4 hour SenSpa hydrotherapy pass to completely unwind and a relaxing 30 minute treatment of your choice
- On the other day, take your complimentary forest therapy guide and enjoy mindful walks in the New Forest National Park right from our doorstep

Terms & Conditions: Prices are per room based on 2 adults sharing a room. Use of the spa and health club facilities is for adults aged 16 or over only.
A deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay will be taken at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is fully refundable until 7 days prior to the booked arrival date. Changes following this time, and up until 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be held on your account for 365 days to allow you to rebook your stay for a later date. Changes within 48 hours of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited as a cancelation charge. Use of the spa and health club facilities is for adults aged 16 or over only.
In support of our charity partner Hospitality Action, a £1 donation will be added to your room bill on departure. If you’d prefer not to donate, simply request its removal at reception.
