Education partnerships enable us to nurture talent and build the skills necessary for personal career development, as well as for the development of the business and the hospitality industry as a whole.

Apprenticeships 

We work with a number of education partners to offer hospitality, marketing and catering apprenticeships to kick start your career.  Training is delivered onsite at Careys Manor Hotel and SenSpa alongside hospitality experts, enabling our staff to acquire the skills necessary to deliver a seamless customer experience.

We are also members of Concord through which we offer comprehensive two-year training programmes with excellent on-the-job training in all aspects of hotel operations.
