Fresh Flavours: New Spring/ Summer Dining Menu at Cambium

With the arrival of warmer weather, comes a brand new seasonal menu at our flagship restaurant, Cambium.

Executive Head Chef, Dylan James, has truly embraced the nature of summer in the New Forest, with new dishes bursting with fresh flavours including New Forest asparagus and smoked chalk stream trout.
