WAITLIST OPEN! World Wellness Weekend – Breathwork with Alan Ball – Friday 20th September

Breathwork Workshop 20th September 2024
6:00pm

Find a refreshing sense of peace on this breathwork journey

Breathing is something we all take for granted, but when given some attention, your breathing can help you improve your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Join us for this exclusive Breathwork Workshop, held in celebration of World Wellness Weekend, and experience true release through learning new techniques to help you breathe better.

Hosted by qualified breath coach at Breatherapy, Alan Ball, this one-off workshop will begin with a short introduction to breathwork and its many benefits, followed by a demonstration of the techniques. You will then be guided through the session as a group, with some time also dedicated to self-practice, so you can leave confident in your ability to keep your breathwork up throughout your daily life. Alan Ball’s breathwork supports connection to our emotions, allowing us to fully release any physical and/or emotional tensions to find a sense of peace.

Key Breathwork Benefits:

  • Moves from a chest breath to an abdominal breath, reducing heart rate and blood pressure
  • Improves respiratory system & lung capacity, and boost immune system, improving overall health
