To mark World Menopause Day join Complementary Therapist Sue Leach in our free virtual workshop where she shares her views on menopause. After nearly 30 years as a homeopath seeing women through the menopausal transition, she offers a wide range of tips and practical advice on riding these years naturally without medication. From hot flushes to brain fog, broken sleep to anxiety, loss to anger and mid-life stress, Sue has down-to-earth, practical tips to enable you to make this a change for the positive. She will cover nutrition, food supplements, homeopathic remedies, self-nurturing, menopausal mindset and more. Sue will also share the experiences of the many women she has helped through peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.
About Sue
Sue Leach has been a Complementary Therapist for nearly 30 years. After working as a freelance journalist she turned to homeopathy, qualifying in 1994. Seven years ago she set up The Natural Health Hub, a health and well-being centre in Lymington, bringing together a team of complementary health practitioners. Sue specialises in menopause and women’s health. She is passionate that menopause is not an illness – it is a transition, like adolescence and pregnancy, and an opportunity to review, recharge and perhaps even reinvent yourself.
