What Are Sen Sound Sessions?
A unique aquatic sound experience, each session promises an immersive journey into relaxation, escapism and playful exploration through ambient underwater sounds and floating on water. Playing music under water gives sound a profound and unique quality for a more sensory auditory experience during your session.
Relating to each new full moon, these monthly sessions offer something different on each visit – maximising the earth’s energy to connect with the natural cycles of life and help you feel your best.
Illuminate Your Targets with the Hunter’s Moon
As we pass through the autumn equinox, many of us will start to feel the shift in energies as we transition to a new season. We switch our outdoor pursuits for indoor comforts, and can start to turn our attention to the inside. This month, enjoy some internal reflection at our Hunter’s Supermoon Sen Sound Session, as you sink into the SenSpa pool, flow with spontaneous movements in the water and complete your internal harvest to a background of ambient music – helping you to set new targets for the next few months.
