Chevre chaud  (v, gf optional, nf)
Baked goats cheese bruschetta, tomato chutney, cherry molasse

Salade de bettraves (vegan optional, gf, nf)
Pickled pear and beetroot, le puys lentils, fourme d’ambert cheese, salad leaves, french dressing

Pate de porc (gf optional, nf)
Coarse pork pate, spiced chutney, toasted baguette croutons

Le poulet forestiere (gf, nf) 
Pan fried chicken breast, wild mushroom sauce

L’agneau (gf, nf)
Roasted rump of lamb, rosemary and red wine jus

Fillet de dorade (gf, nf, df)
Pan fried fillet of seabream, vegetable ratatouille dressing, basil oil
