Join us at Careys Manor for a dining experience like no other – an evening to savour dishes of our Thai, French, and British restaurants in a single, seamless journey.

Your evening begins with a Champagne reception and handcrafted canapés before setting off on a guided tour led by your host. With each course, you’ll step into a new dining destination – a journey of tastes inspired by world cuisine – as you enjoy a specially crafted dish, each paired with a complementing drink.

From the vibrant tastes of Thailand at Zen Garden Restaurant, to the seasonal British elegance of Cambium, and the relaxed French flair of Le Blaireau, this is more than dinner – it’s a culinary voyage around the world, right here in the heart of the New Forest.

Your Taste of Careys Dining Experience includes:

  • 6.30 pm arrival Champagne and canapé reception
  • Three-course meal, each course served in a different restaurant
  • A glass of wine or paired drink with each course

Continue your journey with a taste of Thailand as you enjoy your main courses, served Thai style, in the tranquil Zen Garden Restaurant.

Steamed Seabass with pak choi and lemon chilli dressing

Mussaman Lamb Shank
Exotic slow cooked lamb shank served in Mussaman sauce with new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, onion, cashew nuts and fried shallots.
(Vegetable Massaman curry or Panang vegetable curry is also available)

Penang Beef, Pak Choi
Grilled beef Sirloin, on a bed of pak choi topped with a thick Penang curry sauce, lime leaf, sweet basil and chilli

Served with a glass of Chateau Pindefleurs V 2018, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

Conclude your evening with a touch of French indulgence as dessert is served in the charming Parisian setting of Le Blaireau.
