Whether you’re seeking to improve your health, regain energy, or take time for yourself, the retreat offers a nurturing space to reflect, set meaningful intentions, and gain practical tools for a healthier lifestyle. You will leave feeling renewed, re-energised, and ready to embrace positive, lasting changes in both mind and body.

Your 2 Night ‘Renew & Reconnect’ Retreat Itinerary:

Day 1
  • Early check-in to your room from 1pm
  • Use of the Careys Manor Leisure Facilities throughout your stay (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym)
  • 2 hour pass to use the spa hydrotherapy facilities
  • 30 minute treatment of your choice
  • 6pm ‘Root & Restore’ opening ceremony – Enjoy smoothies and herbal teas on arrival. This grounding session invites you to arrive fully, both physically and mentally, and settle into the calming energy of the retreat. Through gentle, mindful movements and grounding breathwork, you’ll be encouraged to connect deeply with your roots, releasing any tension and centring yourself as you begin the retreat experience.
  • Canapes, followed by dinner at 7pm
Day 2
  • Morning smoothies followed by a 60 minute ‘Revive’ yoga session at 8am – A gentle yet energising flow designed to bring warmth and vitality to the morning. This session is crafted to awaken the body with nourishing stretches and fluid sequences, setting a bright and refreshing energy that will flow throughout the day.
  • Breakfast
  • 11-12pm – 60 minute nutrition talk
  • Free time to enjoy a forest walk, relax in the lounge with a book or have a swim
  • 1.30pm Lunch
  • 2:30pm – 30 min 1-2-1 nutrition consultation
  • 90 minute ‘Release’ yoga session at 5pm – An evening ceremony focused on the gentle art of letting go. Through a slower flow, restorative poses, mindful breathwork, and moments of stillness, you are invited to release any old patterns, creating space for renewal. This session offers an opportunity to shed layers that no longer serve you, leaving you feeling lighter, cleansed, and ready for a fresh perspective.
  • 7pm – Dinner
 
Day 3
  • Morning smoothies followed by a 60 minute ‘Rise’ yoga session at 8am – A joyful, heart-opening practice to celebrate the final morning together. This uplifting session infuses positivity and gratitude, honouring the journey of the retreat. With flowing and freeing movements, each breath serves as a reminder of your inner strength and radiance. You’ll step into the day feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to carry this glow back into your life.

Annie Winter
Annie Winter is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist, practicing in her clinic in the New Forest as well as supporting clients online. Alongside her clinic, she enjoys sharing her knowledge through interactive educational workshops, helping people explore the power of nutrition for better health.
Annie specialises in lifestyle diseases, weight loss, behaviour change, and gut health, working with clients to uncover the root causes of their health challenges and offering tailored solutions. Her approach goes beyond managing symptoms, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes.
A graduate of the London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), Annie is registered with leading professional bodies CNHC and BANT, ensuring the highest level of care for her clients.
 
Millie Proud 
Millie teaches soothing studio and corporate yoga classes, working to build strength and unlock peace of mind, regardless of your yoga level. Millie’s classes gently guide you to expand your breath and deepen the connection between your body and mind. These sessions beautifully complement her retreats, programmes or can be cherished on their own. As a dedicated nutritional therapist, Millie supports her clients in naturally balancing their hormones, addressing challenges like weight gain, painful periods, pre-conception care, and menopause. She empowers individuals to reclaim their health and happiness through personalised nutrition and wellness strategies, helping them to thrive and flourish.

 


 

Terms & Conditions:  A deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay will be taken at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is fully refundable until 7 days prior to the booked arrival date. Changes following this time, and up until 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be held on your account for 365 days to allow you to rebook your stay for a later date. Changes within 48 hours of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited as a cancelation charge.

In support of our charity partner Hospitality Action, a £1 donation will be added to your room bill on departure. If you’d prefer not to donate, simply request its removal at reception.
