Spa Operations Manager
Type – Permanent 40 hours per week
Reports to – Spa Director
Location – SenSpa is an award-winning Thai-inspired spa located at Careys Manor Hotel in the beautiful village of Brockenhurst. It is here that spa therapy and nature therapy combine to offer a unique New Forest spa experience that focuses on the health of the mind, body and spirit. As the Spa Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our spa facilities and managing our loyal and longstanding membership. You’ll play a pivotal role in upholding our high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety across all areas, including the gym, spa reception, pools, and thermal experiences. You will have had previous experience as a manager in a spa or leisure centre.
You’ll report directly to our Spa Director, collaborating closely to execute strategies that maintain our spa’s sterling reputation and uphold its award-winning status.

- Delivering efficient operations and exceptional experiences
- Membership management
- Oversight of the Fitness, Front of House, and Cleaning teams
- Recruitment, training, and motivation of staff
- Maintenance of health and safety standards
