Summer Cocktail Recipe

4th Jun 2019

It's getting hot outside, which means it's time to mix yourself up a refreshing, thirst-quenching cocktail filled with ice. After all, you don't want a drink that's best served inside a dark, quiet bar.

Celebrate the season with our summer cocktail and raise a glass to warmer weather, long nights sat in the sunshine and days you don't ever want to end. All we need now is a name... any ideas?

  1. Put ice into cocktail shaker
  2. Add 35ml lymington gin
  3. Half juice of lime
  4. 50ml local strawberry puree
  5. 5/6 mint leaves
  6. Shake 2/3 minutes
  7. Strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice and top with soda water.
  8. Garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint.
