Bonnie Stowell, the founder of botanical superfood delivery company Spring Green London has devised a new breakfast and 'all day' menu to provide exciting and nutrient rich dishes to our guests.

Spring Green London’s philosophy is to use the power of fresh, multitasking foods – using innovative ingredients from around the world, all with a plant-based focus. The well balanced, carefully crafted meals use a hybrid of raw and cooked foods for full nutritional benefit - and they are utterly delicious!

Infused with Vanilla & Almond Milk  
Chia is an incredible source of omega 3 - amazing for reducing cholesterol and maintaining heart health.

Lemon Zest Yoghurt, Sautéed Kale, Poached Egg & Chilli Oil 
Kale is a rich source of sulpher whcih is a key nutrient for the skin.
Rye Toast, Smashed Avocado, Poached Egg, Chilli & Lemon
Avocado is a wonderful source of vitamin E.
Rye Toast, Pea & Feta, Poached Egg, Lemon Zest & Radish
Radish contains sulphur which is great for detoxification.

Sweet Potato contains high levels of hyaluronic acid which is amazing for the skin. The nitrates in beetroot help keep blood flowing freely to the surface of your skin.

The Spring Green breakfast menu is included for any residential guest staying on a breakfast inclusive package. if your stay does not include breakfast, you can upgrade for £15.95 per person. Non-residents are welcome to join us for breakfast and all day dining.
