With over 500 vineyards across England and Wales, the UK has become a premier wine-making country and our Head Sommelier, Michael Driscoll, is a big fan.
 
Our flagship restaurant, Cambium, boasts one of the biggest collections of English wines in the UK so join us for a week-long celebration as Michael selects his favourite English wines to complement a special dinner menu created by Head Chef Alistair Craig.  Pork from Pondhead farm in Lyndhurst, Crab from lymington and New Forest strawberries feature proudly on our ‘English Wine Week’ menu alongside a hand-picked English wine list including a sparkling rosé from Marlings Vineyard in Sway.
 
 
So, grab your knife and fork and raise a glass (or two or three) as we celebrate English Wine Week.
