As the response to the coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold, we wanted to keep you up to date with what we’re doing at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa.

The health and safety of our guests and teams has always been of utmost importance to us and this has never been more true than it is now. Following the latest government instruction, Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa will temporarily close until further notice.

If you have made any bookings with us, we are deeply sorry that you will not be able to visit at this time. We have been inundated with enquiries and have been working hard to systematically respond to guests with bookings closest to this date. Our staff are now in self-isolation and cannot be responding to any further phone-calls or emails. We will endeavour to respond to your queries once it is safe for our staff to return to work. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and I hope you understand that we are doing our very best in these unprecedented circumstances.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank those of you that have chosen to stay, dine and enjoy the spa with us over the last few months. It’s been a difficult time for all of us and your trust and continued support has been really appreciated.

We’d also like to thank our wonderful team for everything that they do. For many of our people, this will mean not working until we can safely reopen and we will be doing everything we can to support them through these unprecedented times.

This is a temporary closure and we look forward to opening our doors again as soon as possible. In the meantime, please follow the government guidelines yourselves and stay safe.
