Thai Mango
Mango, yoghurt, banana, kaffir lime and pineapple juice. Mangos are high in Vitamin C which gives a boost to the immune system, and yoghurt provides protein and calcium .
 
Berry Nice
Cranberries and raspberries blended to make a deliciously refreshing juice. Both of which are an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fibre.
 
Breakfast Booster (N)
This nutritious blend of orange, dried banana, dried cranberries, dried pineapple and oats which provides a slow release of energy and Vitamin B to combat stress and fatigue.
 
Pink Ice Quenchers
Made with fresh watermelon, strawberries, and lemon sorbet. The berries are high in Zinc, which is important for the production of Serotonin (a mood booster) and the maintenance of the body’s regenerative process. The melon will help to detoxify your system and the ginger will aid digestion.
 
Coconut Burst (N)
This is a refreshing blend of fresh pineapple, coconut milk, banana and apple juice. Pineapple is ideal to detoxify, Coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
 
Carrot and Mango crush
A blend of carrot, mango, and orange. Making a deliciously cool and fruity smoothie. Carrot is an excellent source of vitamin A and mango is high in vitamin C, which helps with vision.
 
Chocolate, Hazelnut and Banana Smoothie (N)
Theobromine from the chocolate and Myristicine from the nutmeg are two plant chemicals that have mood enhancing properties. The banana provides potassium and energy, while the hazelnuts are an excellent source of nutrients and fatty acids (the good fat).
 
Fragrant Lychee Smoothie
A delicate blend of lychees, rosewater, vanilla ice-cream, strawberries and skimmed milk. Lychees are full of riboflavin, potassium, vitamin C and copper.
 
Green Banana Smoothie
A blend of fresh banana, pineapple and pineapple juice which is high in energy, iron, magnesium, folic acid and rich in Vitamins B1, B3, B6, C. And add with coconut milk a heaped teaspoon of spirulina . The spirulina turns this delicious, pastel yellow into a green delight.
If you have never tried spirulina we recommend ½ teaspoon. For those who have acquired the taste then we can put a teaspoon in. Just let us know your choice.

Choosing the best wine to accompany your Thai meal is not always an easy task, so we are sharing some helpful information to assist with your selection.
 
If you are choosing one of our delicious red curries this pairs perfectly with the Peter Lehmann, ‘Art Series’ Barossa Riesling, as its acidity levels cut through the dish. Or if you like red why not try our Little Yering, Shiraz Voignier blend? If you prefer our green curry then we can highly recommend our Urlar Pinot Gris.
