Mango, yoghurt, banana, kaffir lime and pineapple juice. Mangos are high in Vitamin C which gives a boost to the immune system, and yoghurt provides protein and calcium.

Berry Quencher

Blueberries, Strawberries, Watermelon, fresh Ginger blended with Banana and Orange juice. The berries are high in Zinc, which is important for the production of Serotonin (mood booster) and the maintenance of the body’s regenerative process. The melon will help to detoxify your system and the ginger will aid digestion and warm inside out.

Melon Madness

Made with fresh Watermelon, Strawberries and Pear. The berries are high in Zinc, which is important for the production of Serotonin (mood booster) and the maintenance of the body’s regenerative process. The melon will help to detoxify your system. A good choice after a night out.

Detox Smoothie

A refreshing blend of Banana, Orange, Basil and Pineapple juice which is high in energy, iron, magnesium, folic acid and rich in Vitamins B1, B3, B6, C. Basil is traditionally used for supplementary treatment of stress, asthma and diabetes in India.

Three Reds

Beetroot, Raspberries and Cranberries make a very nutritious and amazingly good tasting blend. Beetroot is one of your 5-a-day, it contains potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B6 and C, folic acid, carbohydrates, protein, antioxidants and soluble fibre. Which lower blood pressure and may help to fight heart disease. Cranberries are a rich source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Raspberries also contain B vitamins 1­3, folic acid, magnesium, copper and iron.

Green Banana

A blend of fresh banana, pineapple and pineapple juice which is high in energy, iron, magnesium, folic acid and rich in Vitamins B1, B3, B6, C.  And add with coconut milk a heaped of spirulina .  The spirulina turns this delicious, pastel yellow into a green delight.
If you have never tried spirulina we recommend ½ teaspoon. For those who have acquired the taste, we can put in a teaspoon. Just let us know your choice.

Winter Pear (d)

The combination of Pear, Banana, Vanilla and mixed Spice reminds me of Christmas!
Pears are a good source of dietary fiber and vitamin C. Myristicine from the mixed spice have mood enhancing properties. The banana provides potassium and energy.
