Pastry Chef, Manor Restaurant
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to work in the Manor Restaurant kitchen at Careys Manor & SenSpa. Our ideal candidate will have experience working at a similar establishment, ideally with some experience working within a 2 or three rosette hotel. You will have a good cookery background and training, with experience of chocolate work, yeast goods, ice cream and sorbet etc. Good communication skills and team work are vital, as well as reliability and attention to detail.
You must have relevant food hygiene qualifications and be eligible to work in the UK.
The role is full time on a 5 days out of 7 basis and reports into the Executive Head Chef. You must have relevant food hygiene qualifications and be eligible to work in the UK.
