Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join us in ensuring a professional and efficient service to staff and Heads of Department at our hotels within the Greenclose group through HR processes and effective administration.  This is an exciting opportunity to take your first steps in a HR career and a fantastic platform on which to build and expand HR knowledge coupled with generalist experience.

This role would suit someone working towards or who has already completed  a HRM degree, CIPD or relevant business degree.  Previous HR employment and experience or exposure within a HR environment such as a HR placement or internship is desirable.

Strong HR administrative skills are essential as are a passion to develop your career within HR, professionalism, ability to work on your own intiative and working with discretion and confidentiality.

You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a busy HR team.
