Internationally recognised qualifications such as 'Welcome Host Gold' is offered to all staff as part of their induction training. This highly practical customer service course equips staff with skills that are immediately transferable into the workplace, including training in outstanding guest care, how to exceed expectations and be a great team player.
We work with a number of local schools and colleges to offer hospitality and catering apprenticeships to kick start your career as a chef, receptionist, bar tender and more. Training is delivered onsite at Careys Manor Hotel and SenSpa alongside hospitality experts, enabling our staff to acquire the skills necessary to deliver a seamless customer experience.
