“The hotel was not given much notice prior to the event apart from the numbers.  Logistically the staff gave 100% and were amazing in terms of the amount of room changes that they applied to the event.   It wasn’t that our needs were immensely complicate but without strong organisational skills it could have been disastrous.  Setup and breakdown of the rooms was seamless.

 “The catering staff headed up by Jeremy were amazing with uber quick response times and we even had one conference session break early without notice and they managed to serve up in lightening time.

 “The event received really positive responses from my client and Carey’s Manor put up with my demands throughout the whole period with happy faces.”
