Course description: 3 week course
Using unique cooking methods from the Papal homeland, you’ll learn the secrets of how to make classic Italian pasta dishes - from linguine to fettuccini. We’ll have you cooking ‘justa lika mamma’ in next to no time!

Peppered Shrimp Alfonso
Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
