Robert has been expertly sourcing and supplying wild and cultivated fungi to some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the country for years. He will educate you on the different sorts of mushrooms and how to use these varieties across a wide spectrum of exciting dishes.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
