The New Forest Cookery School introduces...Dinner Parties
Have you always wanted to wow your diner party guests with great plates of food? Well this is certainly the course for you! We will show you how to prepare and serve creative dishes, from starters through to main courses and finishing with delicious puds! This is a 3 week course with every session beginning with a demonstration followed by ‘hands on’ practical tuition.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
