We are seeking Spa Therapists to join our award winning luxury Thai Spa - Senspa.The role involves delivering massage treatments based on Thai massage techniques to guests to an extremely high standard.  Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their training and expertise in Thai massage treatments, and will have a thorough knowledge of treatments, their benefits and ingredients, and their effect on the body.  They will have attained a certificate in traditional Thai Healing Arts and be educated to degree level or equivalent.  

We are now recruiting for an experienced Chef de Rang in our fine dining Manor Restaurant. A confident person with excellent spoken English is required for this full time position.  Relevant experience, a high standard of personal presentation and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.  You will be a team worker with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work.

Our Reservations Dept is a professional, vibrant environment working hard to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional customer service for guests making reservations at Careys Manor, SenSpa or our sister hotel, The Montagu Arms in Beaulieu.

An opportunity has become available to join our busy reservations team, our ideal candidate will have superb telephone manner, excellent standards of customer service and experience in a similar environment (reservations, busy reception or call centre).  Must be computer literate and experience of computerised reservation systems would be an advantage, particularly Opera and Concept, however full training will be provided.  

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join the team at Le Blaireau, our French Bistro situated in the grounds of Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa.  Reporting in to our experienced Head Chef, this is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic chef with a passion for food to train and develop with a friendly team and work with the finest quality, seasonal ingredients which are free-range, organic and sourced as locally as possible.  Our ideal candidate will have attended college and achieved a basic food hygience level 2 certificate.  Good communication, teamwork and reliability are essential.   

The role is full time on a 5 days out of 7 basis. 

We are now recruiting for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to look after our two AA rosette Manor Restaurant.  An important part of this role will be to maintain the two AA rosettes and four star standard, as well as overseeing weddings and banqueting and ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.

A confident person with excellent spoken English and leadership skills is required for this full time position. Relevant experience, a high standard of personal presentation and exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.  You will be a good team worker with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work.

 This is a full time position, 5 days out of 7 with 2 days off.

We require casual waiters/waitresses to work on a casual basis in the Zen Garden, our authentic Thai Spa Restaurant.  If you excel at customer care and have solid experience of waiting we would love to hear from you.  The Zen Garden is a lovely tranquil environment in which to work, catering to Spa and Hotel guests and to small groups.

We are now recruiting for a temporary Waiter/Waitress in our two rosette, fine dining, Manor Restaurant.  Prior experience is preferred but not as essential as excellent customer service skills, a high standard of personal presentation, enthusiasm and a friendly and willing personality.

We are now recruiting for a full time Waiter/Waitress in our French Bistro Blaireau's.  We require a confident and enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills.  Previous waiting experience required and basic French would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.  More importantly, you will be a team worker with a flexible and cheerful attitude to work.

Abbey Stores is a small shop & Post Office in Beaulieu High Street.  It is part of the Greenclose Group which incorporates The Montagu Arms, Beaulieu and Careys Manor & SenSpa, Brockenhurst.  We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to work part time in the Post Office/shop to serve customers, re-stock and prepare sandwiches, as required.  You must be 18 years or over due to licensing requirements.

An opportunity has become available for a fully trained Level 3 plumber and commercial gas fitter to join our maintenance team.  The role is to provide installation, breakdown, and servicing of a range of equipment across our hotel, spa and other group  properties.  Experience in servicing commercial boilers and catering equipment is required with experience of pool plant equipment desirable.  Core hours are 8-5 weekdays with out of hours call-out required for which you must live within a 20 mile radius.
