Beautiful South Awards LogoHaving already taken home a number of awards and recognitions this year including ‘Best Spa in the South’ and retaining their Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor, luxury Hampshire hotel, Careys Manor has now been short-listed for the Beautiful South, Business Tourism Award 2012-2013.

The Beautiful South Awards For Excellence are run in a partnership between Tourism South East and Services for Tourism and aim to find some of the best hotspots for tourism in the south. The Business Tourism category seeks to find the top venues in the region for corporate bookings, highlighting those who tailor individual events including exhibitions, conventions, conferences, banquets and team building days to the needs of both local and national clients.

The judging process for the awards took account of an initial entry form, along with web searches, emails, telephone calls and a mystery visit from a judge. The panel of experts then combined their findings, selecting a final short-list by determining all areas of the corporate package should be rated at least excellent with some areas being rated as outstanding.
